Queeny Ban Qiao Hui

Queeny read law at Cardiff University and graduated in 2015. Thereafter, she completed her LLM in International Commercial Law at the University of Nottingham. Before completing the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at Cardiff University, Queeny returned to Malaysia and worked in the firm as a paralegal for a period of nine (9) months. Queeny was called to the Bar of England and Wales at The Honourable Society of Middle Temple on 26th July 2018. Upon returning to Malaysia, Queeny joined Messrs Cecil Abraham & Partners as a Pupil in Chambers in September 2018. After being called to the Malaysian Bar on 25th October 2019, Queeny rejoined the firm as a Legal Associate in February 2020.
Queeny is developing her practice in civil litigation/dispute resolution works including construction and engineering disputes, contractual disputes, commercial disputes, adjudication, arbitration and etc.
Queeny is a registered member of The Society of Construction Law since the year 2020.
