Shirlena Yogeswaran

Shirlena has had extensive experience in General Litigation in respect of civil and commercial matters in her 23 years of practice. She has had particular experience in a broad range of Contractual & Commercial disputes, Banking disputes, matters relating to Receiverships & Insolvencies, Realization of Securities and Arbitration where she has advised various banking & financial institutions, local and foreign corporate entities, accounting firms and merchant banks.

While Litigation is her primary area of practice, Shirlena has also undertaken advisory work and drafting of agreement for corporate transactions including Joint Venture Agreements, Share Sale Agreements and Shareholders Agreements.
