- Acting for the developer of Menara Binjai, a 35 storey high rise office green building in the heart of Kuala Lumpur in both court and arbitration in respect of delay and payment issues with the main-contractor.
- Acting for the main-contractor against a sub-contractor in an arbitral dispute arising from the construction of a water treatment plant in Kota Tinggi, Johor Darul Takzim on delay and termination issues.
