Shirlena was called to the Malaysia Bar on 30.11.1996. During her 13 years of practice Shirlena has been involved in the area of general civil and commercial litigation. Shirlena has particular experience in banking litigation & realization of securities and contractual disputes. Apart from this, Shirlena also has expertise in matters relating to Receiverships & Insolvencies where she has advised on various corporate applications including schemes of arrangement and corporate and debt restructuring exercises.
