Recent Engagements 2012
The Firm has recently been engaged in very high value litigation and disputes with recent instructions including an Oil & Gas dispute arising from a project in North Africa, advising a multinational company in respect of fiduciary duties of local directors, advising a multinational company in respect of conflict issues, and advising a French Company in its pursuit of debtors in Malaysia.
The Firm continues to be engaged in local construction matters with recent instructions pertaining to a potential negligence claim against an architect.
The Firm continues to be involved in the restructuring of Ho Hup Construction Company Berhad, a public listed company.
