APRAG conference in Kuala Lumpur

The biennial APRAG Conference will be hosted by the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration from 8^th – 10^th July 2011. The theme for this year’s conference is “International Arbitration in a Challenging Region”. The Conference will be held in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Parlex Group 40th Anniversary

The Parlex Group celebrated its 40^th Anniversary this year. The spring meeting was held in Freiburg, Germany from 19^th May to 22^nd May 2011. Over 70 lawyers and spouses attended the Gala dinner held on 21^st May 2011.

Messrs James Monteiro joins the Parlex Group

Messrs James Monteiro is the first firm of lawyers from South East Asia to be admitted into the Parlex Group. Formed in 1971, the Parlex Group is the oldest European alliance of law firms with 25 European member Countries. Messrs James Monteiro was officially inducted into the Group as an associate member in November 2010 at the Dublin, Autumn meeting.
